We are a professional real estate investment firm and remodeling company in metro Denver. We buy, renovate, sell, and rent single family homes in the $100K - $200K market. We sometimes borrow short-term funds from private lenders to purchase and renovate these properties. Our lenders' money is secured by a deed of trust on the property, and we pay a high rate of return. The real estate transactions are all closed by professionals with title and hazard insurance, and we never borrow more than 65% of the current market value of the house. We do not hire outside contractors to remodel our properties. We use our own remodeling firm (www.brooksdesignbuildcorp.com) so we can better control the renovation costs as well as the remodeling timeline. We also sell some of these fully renovated homes to other investors who are looking for excellent rental properties.
