We are a professional real estate investment firm and remodeling company in metro Denver. We buy, renovate, sell, and rent single family homes in the $100K - $200K market. We currently use our own cash to purchase and renovate these properties, and we use our own remodeling firm (www.brooksdesignbuildcorp.com) so we can better control the renovation costs as well as the remodeling timeline.  We sometimes borrow short-term funds from private lenders to finance our rental properties. The lender's money is is secured by a deed of trust on the property, and we pay a high rate of return. The financing transactions are closed by professionals with title and hazard insurance, and we never borrow more than 70% of the current market value of the house.  We also sell some of these fully renovated homes to other investors who are looking for excellent rental properties.
